Tracy - Interviewer: Thank you for your interest in applying for the full-time waiter/waitress position at Pizza 4P's. I'll ask a few questions to better understand you and see how well you fit the role! First off, could you please tell me your full name and age?

Sakshi: Hi, my name is Sakshi Jawa and my age is 30.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, thank you Sakshi. And where are you currently living?

Sakshi: I'm currently living in Bangalore.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, thank you. Are you able to work late-night shifts? Our branch can operate until twelve thirty AM, and the latest shift may end around one to two AM.

Sakshi: Yes, I can work till that time.

Tracy - Interviewer: Great. Have you graduated? What was your major?

Sakshi: Yes, I have graduated from B.Com.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, and what kind of jobs have you done before? Have you ever worked as a waitress?

Sakshi: Yes, I worked as a waitress for one year in one of the restaurants in India and apart from that I have worked as in sales in some of the corporate companies.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, great. Are you available to work full-time and are there any times you're unable to work?

Sakshi: Now I am able to work full time.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, great. So, why do you want to work at Pizza 4P's?

Sakshi: I love Pisa 4P's in general. The Pisa there is amazing. The staff is very nice and friendly. Even the atmosphere is very good to go.

Tracy - Interviewer: That's great to hear! Have you ever dined at Pizza 4P's? What impressed you the most?

Sakshi: Yes, I have dined a couple of times in Pizza 4P's. One thing that impressed me the most was their four cheese pizza. It was very delicious. Even the pasta I had was amazing.

Tracy - Interviewer: Alright. I'll now ask a situational question. If you confirm an order with a guest, but they say they didn't order that, how would you handle it?

Sakshi: I would first double check it with my team and see if they actually ordered it or not. Then I would apologize and take their order and take their new order and give the old order back to the kitchen.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, here's another situational question. If a guest asks for no honey but you forget to tell the kitchen, and later notice signs of an allergic reaction, how would you respond?

Sakshi: I would first go to the clients, apologize for my mistake, see if the honey was actually added or not and then help them with any medication. If there's a medical emergency, then I would directly call the nearest hospital and I would take them or ask for some assistance to take those clients there.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, one more situational question. If a child spills food and starts crying, what would you do?

Sakshi: I would...

Tracy - Interviewer: Are you still...

Sakshi: Take care... Yes, I'm still there. I would take care of the mess. I will clean the table and help the baby with the cleaning. I will give the extra maybe tissue or some cotton cloth for the baby to wipe their face and help the kids with maybe if there's any games near around. So, I would give it to the baby to just distract him.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, who are you currently living with? Are you married?

Sakshi: Yes, I'm married and I'm currently living with my husband.

Tracy - Interviewer: What are your goals for the next six months? Do you plan to stay in this job long-term?

Sakshi: Yes, I am planning to stay in the food industry only. That's my long term goal. So, maybe in future I'm looking myself to be at the managerial level.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, that's great to hear. Do you have any questions you'd like to ask?

Sakshi: Yes, I would like to understand the timings and the days of the shift in Pisa for peace.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, so regarding the shifts, they do rotate, and since you're full-time, you should expect to work various shifts including some late nights as we discussed. Shruti Agarwal: Hi, Tracy. My name is Shruti Agrawal, and my age is thirty years old.

Tracy - Interviewer: Thank you for your interest in applying for the full-time service position at Pizza Four P’s. I’ll ask a few questions to better understand you and see how well you fit the role! So, where are you currently living?

Shruti Agarwal: So, currently, I'm living in Bangalore.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, Bangalore! Are you able to work late-night shifts? Our branch can operate until 12:30 AM, and the latest shift may end around 1-2 AM.

Shruti Agarwal: Yes, that's not an issue. I can work the late-night shift. In my previous company also, I was working up to two AM, so that is not an issue.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, great. Have you graduated? What was your major?

Shruti Agarwal: Yeah. So I have graduated in BCom.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, got it! What kind of jobs have you done before? Have you ever worked in service?

Shruti Agarwal: So I have worked in a product-based company in my hometown, and after that, I even worked as a waiter in one of our restaurants in India.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, great! Are you available to work full-time? And are there any times you’re unable to work?

Shruti Agarwal: I'm available to work full-time, and there's no particular time when I'm unable to work.

Tracy - Interviewer: Perfect! So, tell me, why do you want to work at Pizza Four P’s?

Shruti Agarwal: So, Pizza Four P’s is a big name. I have been to Pizza Four P’s. I love the ambiance, the staff, especially the pizza there. So, yeah, I would love to be associated with that name.

Tracy - Interviewer: That's great to hear! Have you ever dined at Pizza Four P’s? What impressed you the most?

Shruti Agarwal: Yes, I got a chance to dine at Pizza Four P’s once. I had a great experience. I tried two different kinds of pizza, even the pasta there, and it was all delicious. I even love the staff and the environment Pizza Four P’s is providing.

Tracy - Interviewer: Awesome! I’ll now ask a situational question. If you confirm an order with a guest, but they say they didn’t order that, how would you handle it?

Shruti Agarwal: So first, I will double-check it with my team if they have ordered it or not. And if they haven't ordered it, I would apologize, take the new order, and make sure that it is prepared on time.

Tracy - Interviewer: Okay, that sounds good. Who are you currently living with? Are you married?

Shruti Agarwal: Yes, I'm married, and I'm living with my husband.

Tracy - Interviewer: Alright. What are your goals for the next 6 months? Do you plan to stay in this job long-term?

Shruti Agarwal: Yes. So I plan to stay in the food and service industry for a long time. So that is my goal. So not just six months, I would like to see myself in a similar industry for the next six years.
